Your Coach - Christopher McClintock
Christopher received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Recreation from Kent State University and is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association. Christopher has been sponsored by Nike, Brooks, Swiftwick, Rudy Project, Gatorade and PowerBar as a marathon coach for American Cancer Society and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.

He has completed over 70 Marathons and Triathlons including Ironman, Boston Marathon, New York Marathon, and Trail Marathons.




Below you will find a comprehensive list of what is included in our amazing program:

Training Plan- Your training plan will be a 4 month training plan including what to do everyday. Which days to Run, Cross Train, Rest and what mileage to do each day.

Saturday Group Runs- Every Saturday morning we will meet as a Team to run together. There is so much inspiration and accountability in coming to the Group Run.You will meet people your same pace and make great friends. 

Supported Group Runs- Each Saturday group run will have water and sport drink stops, as well as maps and cue sheets to follow, and they will also be posted online.

Group Track Workouts- Every Thursday morning, Coach Christopher will be at a track to help those wanting to work on their speed and running/walking form. You will be given workouts to do to improve fitness and endurance.

Online Videos and Tutorials- Learn Cross Training exercises, Running form, Core Strengthening and Flexibility exercises to reduce injury and improve form and endurance.

Technical TShirt - Personal Best Fitness will provide you with a technical t shirt to wear during training.
